- Develop and optimize formulations for a wide range of products in line with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct extensive research and analysis to identify the most effective and innovative formulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful development and commercialization of new formulations.
- Lead formulation development projects from conception to launch, ensuring high quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of formulations to ensure their safety, efficacy, and stability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in formulation development to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any formulation-related issues that arise during development or production.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all formulation development activities in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate and present findings, progress, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Adhere to all relevant safety and compliance regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Keep up-to-date with scientific literature, attend conferences and engage in professional development activities.
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert in formulation development at conferences and industry events.
A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Formulation Development, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Knowledge Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Drug Product Development.
Experience With Various Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, And Dissolution Testing.
Strong Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
