- Conduct research and experiments related to cell therapy using cutting-edge technologies
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding cell therapy products and applications
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and industry partners to drive business growth and promote Thermo Fisher Scientific's products and services
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the field of cell therapy and regenerative medicine
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and challenges
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and customer interactions
- Present research findings and product information at conferences, seminars, and customer meetings
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for customers and colleagues
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical training and support to sales and marketing teams
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Comply with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards in accordance with Thermo Fisher Scientific's policies.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Cell Biology, Immunology, Or Molecular Biology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Cell Therapy Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Cell Therapy Manufacturing Processes And Regulatory Requirements.
Demonstrated Experience With Applications And Workflows For Cell Therapy Research And Development, With A Focus On Innovative Technologies And Techniques.
Proven Ability To Develop And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Cell Therapy Community, Including Academic Researchers, Pharmaceutical Companies, And Regulatory Agencies.
Exceptional Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Scientific Concepts To A Diverse Audience.
