- Conduct research and development activities to advance continuous manufacturing platforms in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Utilize expertise in chemical engineering and process development to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement novel solutions for continuous manufacturing.

- Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities for continuous manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events to showcase our advancements in continuous manufacturing.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop messaging and materials to promote our continuous manufacturing solutions.
Advanced Degree In Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Process Development And Continuous Manufacturing.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Continuous Manufacturing Technologies, Such As Flow Chemistry, Continuous Crystallization, And/Or Continuous Blending.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Pharmaceutical Development And Manufacturing.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Results To Internal And External Stakeholders.
