  1. Conduct research and development activities to advance continuous manufacturing platforms in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Utilize expertise in chemical engineering and process development to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement novel solutions for continuous manufacturing.
  4. Analyze and interpret data to make recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
  5. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in continuous manufacturing technology.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Write and present reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings and project updates.
  8. Design and execute experiments to validate and optimize new manufacturing processes.
  9. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of goals.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory guidelines.
  12. Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities for continuous manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  14. Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events to showcase our advancements in continuous manufacturing.
  15. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop messaging and materials to promote our continuous manufacturing solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Process Development And Continuous Manufacturing.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Continuous Manufacturing Technologies, Such As Flow Chemistry, Continuous Crystallization, And/Or Continuous Blending.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Pharmaceutical Development And Manufacturing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Results To Internal And External Stakeholders.
