Staff Program Manager
Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize new products of high quality and value to the organization, within the agreed-upon project metrics of schedule, resources, and scope. Leads the development of new products from program initiation through commercial launch using a stage-gate process. Acts as program champion and head of a cross-functional team; develops bottoms-up plans and proactively manages program risks, in order to successfully deliver all program deliverables. Solves problems, manages crises, and navigates change effectively and independently. Acts as information conduit between core team and leadership; prepares and presents program reviews to leadership and stakeholders as the core team leader.
6 or more years of combined product development and project management experience
PMP certification desired
