Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Including Automated Systems And Robotics.
Proficient In Cad Software And Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma Or Lean.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
