  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Succession Planning, And Leadership Development

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Talent Management Programs And Initiatives

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
