Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Succession Planning, And Leadership Development
Strong Understanding Of Performance Management Processes And Methodologies
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Talent Management Programs And Initiatives
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
