  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  4. Utilize market and industry knowledge to stay informed of trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives.

  8. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and build brand awareness.
  9. Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
  10. Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Mentor and train junior sales team members to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  14. Travel to customer locations as needed to nurture relationships and close deals.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Thermo Fisher Scientific and uphold the company's values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.
