Sr. Quality Engineer

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
- Conduct thorough analysis and investigations of quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new quality control measures and procedures
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our quality systems and processes
- Provide guidance and support to other members of the Quality Engineering team to ensure consistency and accuracy in quality processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating best practices into our quality systems and processes
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality issues, providing guidance and support to other departments and stakeholders
- Lead and participate in quality audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Mentor and train junior members of the Quality Engineering team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry
Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Systems And Regulations Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations
Experience In Leading And Managing Quality Improvement Projects And Teams
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
