Sr QC Reviewer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control (QC) Reviewer to join the Quality Control team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product reliability and safety for Thermo Fisher Scientific customers. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role, have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Furthermore, the successful candidate will have a working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cGMP regulations. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a high level of product quality and safety for Thermo Fisher Scientific customers.
2. Evaluate and inspect products for quality and compliance with GMP and cGMP regulations.
3. Monitor production processes and provide feedback to ensure quality standards are maintained.
4. Document quality assurance processes and procedures.
5. Maintain and update records and reports of quality assurance activities.
6. Investigate customer complaints and analyze performance metrics.
7. Implement LEAN and Six Sigma processes and techniques to improve product quality.
8. Identify and recommend corrective action for process improvement.
9. Train and mentor junior Quality Control staff.
10. Liaise with other departments and external suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.
