- Perform manufacturing processes: Carry out various manufacturing processes, including assembling, testing, and packaging, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Ensure product quality: Monitor and maintain the quality of products, identify and troubleshoot any issues, and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols: Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Operate and maintain equipment: Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot any technical issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other members of the manufacturing team to achieve production targets, share knowledge and best practices, and continuously improve processes.
- Document and report: Keep accurate records of production data, document any issues or incidents, and report them to the appropriate personnel.
- Train and mentor junior technicians: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians, share your knowledge and expertise, and foster a positive learning environment.
- Identify areas for improvement: Continuously evaluate production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase product quality.
- Follow company policies and procedures: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality standards, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in manufacturing processes to enhance your skills and contribute to the company’s success.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Biology, Or Chemistry.
Strong Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Fda Regulations.
Experience In Troubleshooting And Maintaining Complex Manufacturing Equipment.
