  1. Operate and maintain complex manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality biotechnology products according to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  3. Monitor and record production data, including batch records and log sheets, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  4. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  6. Train new team members on standard operating procedures and best practices for equipment operation and production processes.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report any issues or concerns related to production processes or equipment.
  8. Maintain inventory of supplies and materials needed for production and initiate orders as needed to ensure continuous production flow.
  9. Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in manufacturing processes and equipment.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development, to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
  12. Participate in company training programs and continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety, quality, and ethical guidelines.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Lead Technician Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, With A Strong Understanding Of Gmp And Fda Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Techniques, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Issues Quickly And Effectively.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Junior Technicians.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
