Sr Manager, Supply Chain

- Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including planning, sourcing, procurement, and logistics.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain operations.
- Identify and manage potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and sales, to develop and maintain accurate forecasts and inventory levels.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the team.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, And Demand Planning.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Operational Efficiencies And Cost Savings Through Supply Chain Optimization And Process Improvement Initiatives.
Strong Leadership, Communication, And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals.
