Sr Manager, Manufacturing Sciences

The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative solutions to complex manufacturing problems and a focus on continuous improvement.The Senior Manager of Manufacturing Sciences will be responsible for managing and providing technical guidance to the Manufacturing Sciences team. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and executing strategies for process and product improvement, managing personnel and resources to ensure robust and effective processes, and overseeing compliance and regulatory activities related to process design and implementation.The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. In addition, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage Manufacturing Sciences team, providing technical guidance as needed.
2. Develop and execute strategies for process and product improvement.
3. Manage personnel and resources to ensure robust and effective processes.
4. Oversee compliance and regulatory activities related to process design and implementation.
5. Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Develop and implement successful process improvement initiatives.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
8. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
9. Monitor team performance and report results to management.
10. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
