  1. Develop and execute health economics strategies to support Thermo Fisher Scientific's products and services.
  2. Lead the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team in conducting research and analyzing data to support decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HEOR strategies with overall business objectives.
  4. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality work and continuous development.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to health economics and outcomes research.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert in HEOR and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to support HEOR initiatives.
  8. Lead the development and implementation of value propositions for Thermo Fisher Scientific's products and services.
  9. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop materials and tools to communicate the value of products and services to customers.
  10. Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and make recommendations for improvement and differentiation.
  11. Drive continuous improvement in HEOR processes and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant guidelines and regulations.
  13. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and make data-driven decisions.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the HEOR team.
  15. Uphold Thermo Fisher Scientific's values and promote a positive image of the company in the healthcare industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Or A Related Field (E.g. Phd Or Master's Degree).

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Health Economics Or Outcomes Research Role, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Healthcare Systems, Including Reimbursement And Market Access Processes.

  • Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Outcomes.

  • Excellent Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
