- Manage and grow key accounts for the EXENT product line, including developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare market, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand into new markets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts to ensure profitable sales and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at industry events and conferences to network and promote the EXENT product line.
- Mentor and train junior account managers and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the EXENT product line.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Life Sciences.
At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Key Account Management, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Driving Sales And Building Relationships With Key Accounts.
Strong Knowledge Of The Industry Landscape, Including Competitors, Market Trends, And Customer Needs.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
