- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with Thermo Fisher Scientific's marketing and sales objectives.
- Create engaging and informative social media content that promotes our brand and products, and drives sales.
- Manage and maintain Thermo Fisher Scientific's presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social selling and content marketing, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and provide support in leveraging social media for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of social media content.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Thermo Fisher Scientific, continuously promoting our mission and values through social media interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives and ensure a cohesive brand experience for our audience.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to stay ahead in the social selling landscape.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines in all social media activities.
- Train and educate internal teams on social selling best practices and how to leverage social media for sales and marketing purposes.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of social media campaigns, making recommendations for optimizations and adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in social selling and content marketing, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Content Management And Social Selling, Preferably In The Life Sciences Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Their Use In Driving Sales And Marketing Efforts.
Proficiency In Digital Marketing Tools And Analytics, Such As Google Analytics, Hootsuite, And Crm Systems.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Relevant Content For Different Audiences.
