- Collaborate with other site directors and senior management to align goals and initiatives across the company.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Science, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Regulations, Including Iso And Cgmp Standards.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Diverse Team.
