  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share for genetic testing solutions in the Netherlands.
  2. Identify and target key decision-makers in healthcare provider organizations and laboratories, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our solutions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets, closely monitoring sales performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, including changes in regulations and competitive landscape, to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified and effective approach to sales.
  7. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key opportunities and challenges.
  8. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and generate leads.
  9. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers to expand our customer base.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on clinical genetics, staying informed on the latest research and advancements to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  12. Mentor and coach junior sales team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them achieve their goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Life Science Or Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Genetics And Molecular Biology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Within The Clinical Or Diagnostics Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Genetic Testing Solutions.
