  1. Develop and validate cell-based assays in accordance with GMP guidelines to support the production of biopharmaceuticals.
  2. Take a lead role in the planning and execution of cell-based assay development and validation projects.
  3. Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and guidelines throughout all stages of the assay development process.
  4. Design and optimize cell-based assays for the detection and measurement of critical biomarkers and targets.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cell-based assays, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to cell-based assays and processes.
  7. Train and mentor junior scientists on cell-based assay techniques and GMP regulations.
  8. Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and reagents required for cell-based assay development and validation.
  9. Analyze and interpret data from cell-based assays, and prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cell-based assay technology, and make recommendations for their integration into laboratory processes.
  11. Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, and assist in the preparation of documentation and responses related to cell-based assays and GMP compliance.
  12. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols in the laboratory and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  13. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and ideas, and supporting company initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Phd In Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Or Related Discipline)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Cell Biology Research Role, Preferably In A Gmp-Regulated Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Cell-Based Bioassay Development And Validation, Including Experience With Statistical Analysis And Data Interpretation

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Complex Research Projects, Including The Ability To Effectively Communicate Results To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Gmp Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Experience With Regulatory Submissions And Audits Related To Cell-Based Assays.
