  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets in the OEM market.
  2. Identify and establish relationships with potential OEM customers, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing OEM customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Thermo Fisher Scientific.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to continuously improve product offerings and address customer needs.
  5. Utilize strong knowledge of the OEM market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key competitors and industry trends, and utilize this information to develop effective sales strategies.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing for potential and existing customers.
  8. Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to ensure profitable business deals.
  9. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  10. Attend industry conferences and events to promote Thermo Fisher Scientific and network with potential customers.
  11. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments, staying informed on the latest scientific research and innovations.

  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their development.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Oem Sales Within The Life Sciences Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Oem Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs.
