  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the highest quality standards are met and maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing supervisors and operators, providing guidance and support to drive performance and productivity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing team.
  7. Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including identifying and justifying capital expenditures.
  8. Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and supplies.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  10. Represent the company in interactions with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders related to manufacturing operations.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on manufacturing performance, including key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  12. Nurture a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement, development, and retention.
  13. Act as a role model for Thermo Fisher Scientific's values and ethics, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the manufacturing team.
  14. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  15. Take ownership of any manufacturing-related issues or escalations, and lead resolution efforts to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing Large-Scale Manufacturing Operations, With A Minimum Of 10 Years In A Senior Management Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Manufacturing Technologies And Industry Best Practices, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Lean Manufacturing Principles.

  • Exceptional Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A High-Performing Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field; Advanced Degree Or Professional Certification Preferred.
