Extensive Experience In Project Management Within A Cell Lab Environment, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Scientists And Technicians, Including Providing Mentorship And Guidance For Career Development.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cell Biology, Cell Culture Techniques, And Laboratory Equipment, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Advanced Degree (Phd Preferred) In A Relevant Scientific Field, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Project Management Role Within The Life Sciences Industry. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
