  1. Lead and manage a team of scientists and technicians in the Cell Lab, ensuring efficient and effective completion of projects.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in line with company goals and objectives.
  3. Utilize strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to problem-solving.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and developments in cell biology and incorporate them into project strategies.
  8. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  9. Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  10. Act as a liaison between the Cell Lab and other departments, communicating project updates and results to stakeholders.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Project Management Within A Cell Lab Environment, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Scientists And Technicians, Including Providing Mentorship And Guidance For Career Development.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cell Biology, Cell Culture Techniques, And Laboratory Equipment, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Advanced Degree (Phd Preferred) In A Relevant Scientific Field, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Project Management Role Within The Life Sciences Industry. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
