1. Conduct clinical research activities in accordance with good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines and all applicable regulations.
2. Plan, design, and implement clinical studies to evaluate investigational products and/or medical devices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols, case report forms, and other study documents.
4. Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of study data.
5. Monitor study progress and ensure compliance with study protocols, regulations, and timelines.
6. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to study data or protocol adherence.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for investigators, study coordinators, and other study team members.
8. Train and mentor junior clinical research associates on study procedures and regulations.
9. Participate in study meetings, site visits, and audits as required.
10. Contribute to the development and review of study reports, publications, and other regulatory documents.
11. Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to clinical research.
12. Maintain accurate and complete study documentation.
13. Adhere to company and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
14. Represent the company and its mission to external stakeholders and the scientific community.
15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in clinical research operations.
16. Adhere to ethical standards and promote patient safety and well-being in all aspects of the job.
