- Conduct clinical research activities in accordance with good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines and all applicable regulations.
- Plan, design, and implement clinical studies to evaluate investigational products and/or medical devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols, case report forms, and other study documents.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of study data.
- Monitor study progress and ensure compliance with study protocols, regulations, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to study data or protocol adherence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investigators, study coordinators, and other study team members.
- Train and mentor junior clinical research associates on study procedures and regulations.
- Participate in study meetings, site visits, and audits as required.
- Contribute to the development and review of study reports, publications, and other regulatory documents.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to clinical research.
- Maintain accurate and complete study documentation.
- Adhere to company and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
- Represent the company and its mission to external stakeholders and the scientific community.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in clinical research operations.
- Adhere to ethical standards and promote patient safety and well-being in all aspects of the job.
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Clinical Research Associate (Cra) In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company, Preferably In The Uk Market.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing. Advanced Degree (E.g. Master's Or Phd) Is A Plus.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines, Local Regulatory Requirements, And Clinical Trial Processes In The Uk.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Studies And Prioritize Tasks Effectively To Meet Deadlines. Experience With Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Systems And Clinical Trial Management Systems (Ctms) Is Preferred.
