- Conduct and oversee clinical research studies in accordance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the research process.
- Develop and maintain study documentation, including protocols, informed consents, and case report forms.
- Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with study protocols and applicable regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the company and study sites, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with study timelines and budget, and proactively identify and address any issues or risks.
- Train and mentor junior clinical research associates on study protocols, procedures, and best practices.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all study activities and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of new study protocols and study design.
