  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow key customer accounts within the clinical market.
  2. Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and exceed customer expectations.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
  6. Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and market trends to senior management.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as competitors' offerings.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the clinical market, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  9. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  10. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through prompt and effective communication, issue resolution, and follow-up.
  11. Continuously improve and optimize sales processes and strategies to drive business growth.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  13. Provide training and support to junior account managers and team members.
  14. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, and ensure all activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Thermo Fisher Scientific, promoting our values, mission, and vision in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Account Management Within The Clinical Research Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Minimum Of 8-10 Years In A Senior Level Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, As Well As Developing New Business Opportunities.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Clinical Research Process And Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Guidelines.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Mentor And Develop Account Management Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including C-Level Executives And Key Opinion Leaders In The Industry.
