  1. Conduct experiments to measure and analyze particle size using various techniques and instruments.
  2. Provide technical expertise and guidance in the field of particle size measurement to cross-functional teams.
  3. Collaborate with other scientists and researchers to contribute to cutting-edge research and development projects.
  4. Analyze and interpret data, and present findings to stakeholders and management.
  5. Develop and validate new methods for particle size measurement.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to particle size measurement.
  7. Maintain and calibrate instruments and equipment used for particle size analysis.
  8. Stay updated on advancements and developments in the field of particle size measurement.
  9. Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to share knowledge and insights.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while conducting experiments and handling materials.
  11. Mentor and train junior scientists and technicians in particle size analysis techniques.
  12. Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Quality Control and R&D, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results.
  13. Keep detailed records of experiments, data, and results in accordance with company policies.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  15. Continuously identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of particle size analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Physics, Or Materials Science.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Particle Size Analysis Techniques Such As Laser Diffraction, Dynamic Light Scattering, Or Image Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation Using Statistical Software And Programming Languages.

  • Familiarity With Quality Control Procedures And Regulatory Requirements For Particle Size Measurements.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
