Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology)
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cell And Gene Therapy Research And Development
Extensive Knowledge Of Current Techniques And Technologies Used In Cell And Gene Therapy, Including Gene Editing Tools And Viral Vector Systems
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Ability To Lead A Team Of Scientists And Researchers
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Scientific Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
