- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis on various products, raw materials, and environmental samples.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all microbiology testing processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards in all microbiology testing procedures.
- Perform quality control checks on equipment and supplies used for microbiology testing.
- Maintain accurate records of all testing results and communicate any deviations or issues to relevant parties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any microbiology-related issues.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in microbiology testing methods to continuously improve processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members on proper microbiology testing techniques and procedures.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
- Contribute to the development and validation of new microbiology testing methods.
- Maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide support for investigations and root cause analysis of any microbiology-related incidents or failures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on testing progress and any potential issues.
- Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of microbiology testing processes.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Microbiology, Biology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Qc Microbiology Role, Preferably Within The Biotech Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Microbiological Techniques, Including Aseptic Technique, Microbial Identification, And Environmental Monitoring.
Experience With Gmp Regulations And Compliance, As Well As Fda And Other Regulatory Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Both Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
