Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Cell Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Training Or Teaching Capacity.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Cell Culture Techniques, Including Aseptic Techniques, Media Preparation, And Cell Line Maintenance.
Experience With A Variety Of Cell-Based Assays And Techniques, Such As Flow Cytometry, Elisa, And Pcr.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Others On Complex Scientific Concepts And Procedures.
