1. Conduct cell culture experiments using a variety of techniques, including but not limited to, aseptic technique, cell line maintenance, and differentiation protocols.
2. Perform PCR and ELISA experiments to analyze cell function and protein expression.
3. Participate in experimental design and data analysis, using critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and optimize experiments.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new protocols and techniques.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
6. Keep up-to-date with current scientific literature and incorporate new findings into experimental design.
7. Communicate results and findings to team members and other relevant stakeholders.
8. Help drive research and development efforts by proposing new ideas and approaches.
9. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and regulations.
10. Train and mentor junior scientists and technicians in laboratory techniques.
11. Contribute to the writing and submission of research papers and grant proposals.
12. Assist with project management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
13. Represent the company at scientific conferences and events.
