- Continuously stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Thermo Fisher Scientific products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Life Sciences.
Proven Experience In Sales Or Customer Service, Preferably In A Scientific Or Technical Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Customers And Internal Stakeholders.
Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
