  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Genetic Analysis division of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients in the genetic analysis industry.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services in order to effectively promote and sell them to clients.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking out new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.
  6. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate potential and existing clients on the benefits and features of Thermo Fisher Scientific's genetic analysis products.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  10. Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's genetic analysis solutions.
  11. Continuously develop and expand knowledge of genetic analysis technologies and their applications to effectively communicate and sell products to clients.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in all sales activities.
  13. Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales training and development programs for team members.
  14. Actively participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications
