  1. Conduct laboratory experiments and procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
  2. Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies for experiments.
  3. Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during experiments.
  5. Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately and thoroughly.
  6. Collaborate with team members to develop and improve experimental protocols.
  7. Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific literature and advancements in the field.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and present findings in team meetings.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control measures.
  12. Assist in training new laboratory personnel.
  13. Participate in the planning and execution of research projects.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry)

  • Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Research Or Academic Environment

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Techniques, Such As Pcr, Elisa, And Microscopy

  • Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data, And Proficiency In Using Software For Data Analysis (E.g. Excel, Graphpad Prism)

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Workload Effectively.
