We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate III to join our Evidera team, specializing in evidence synthesis. As a Research Associate III, you will play a crucial role in supporting evidence-based decision making for our clients in the healthcare industry.   1. Conduct evidence synthesis studies: The Research Associate III will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate evidence synthesis studies, including systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and other evidence-based research methods.
  2. Collaborate with team members: The successful candidate will work closely with other team members, including project managers, statisticians, and senior researchers, to ensure the smooth and timely completion of projects.
  3. Analyze and interpret data: The Research Associate III will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from various sources, such as clinical trials, observational studies, and literature reviews, to provide evidence-based insights and recommendations.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends: It will be the responsibility of the Research Associate III to stay updated on the latest developments and trends in evidence synthesis and healthcare research, and to incorporate this knowledge into their work.
  5. Quality assurance: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all work produced, including data analysis, data entry, and report writing.
  6. Communicate findings: The Research Associate III will be responsible for communicating the findings of their research to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, through written reports and presentations.
  7. Adhere to company standards: The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory guidelines, in the conduct of their work.
  8. Maintain project timelines: The Research Associate III will be responsible for managing their workload and meeting project deadlines, as well as providing regular updates on project progress to the project manager.
  9. Contribute to process improvement: The successful candidate will be expected to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of new methodologies and tools.
  10. Represent the company: The Research Associate III will be responsible for representing Thermo Fisher Scientific and Evidera in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Health Economics, Epidemiology, Or Biostatistics Is Required For This Position. A Phd Is Preferred.

  • Experience In Evidence Synthesis: The Ideal Candidate Will Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Conducting Evidence Synthesis Projects, Including Systematic Reviews, Meta-Analyses, And Network Meta-Analyses.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Research Associate Iii Must Have Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Proficient In Statistical Software Such As R, Sas, Or Stata. Experience With Advanced Modeling Techniques, Such As Bayesian Methods, Is A Plus.

  • Project Management Experience: This Position Requires The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meet Tight Deadlines, And Work Effectively In A Team Environment. Previous Experience In Project Management Is Highly Desired.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Research Associate Iii Will Be Responsible For Writing Study Reports, Presenting Findings To Clients, And Communicating With Team Members And Vendors.
