- Lead and manage complex regulatory projects for Thermo Fisher Scientific, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while effectively communicating progress and any potential issues to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines to ensure product compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Operations, to gather necessary information and documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, such as product registrations, notifications, and renewals, to regulatory authorities.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal processes and procedures accordingly.
- Support regulatory inspections and audits, providing necessary documentation and responses to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all regulatory activities and submissions.
- Communicate with regulatory authorities and respond to any inquiries or requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on regulatory processes and requirements.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments related to regulatory affairs and share knowledge with the team.
- Uphold Thermo Fisher Scientific's commitment to quality and safety standards in all regulatory activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide regulatory strategies.
- Continuously assess and improve regulatory processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Regulatory Affairs, Biology, Chemistry, Or Related Scientific Discipline.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management In A Regulated Industry, Preferably In The Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Or Biotechnology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Processes For Product Registration, Including Fda, Eu Mdr, And Other International Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects, Including Timelines, Budgets, And Resources.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Regulatory Agencies And Third-Party Vendors.
