  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for the designated region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and future sales
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales success
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services
  • Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Developing And Managing A Team.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Key Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Regional Market And Competitive Landscape, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies.
