- Design and develop innovative refrigeration systems that meet the needs of our customers and adhere to industry standards.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential improvements and advancements in refrigeration technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure that refrigeration systems meet product requirements and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to refrigeration systems, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and efficiency of existing refrigeration systems, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation of all design and development activities, including drawings, specifications, and test results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in refrigeration technology, and proactively incorporate new knowledge into system design and development.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with refrigeration systems, and ensure that all team members do the same.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices for refrigeration system design, development, and maintenance.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Refrigeration Systems Design, Installation, And Maintenance.
Strong Knowledge Of Refrigeration Principles, Including Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, And Heat Transfer.
Experience With Troubleshooting And Repairing Refrigeration Equipment, Including Compressors, Heat Exchangers, And Control Systems.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Ashrae And Epa Guidelines For Refrigerants.
