Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Research And Development Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex R&D Projects, From Concept To Commercialization, Within Designated Timelines And Budgets.
