
R&D/Mfg Scientist II

- Conduct research and development activities to design and develop new manufacturing processes and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address manufacturing challenges and develop solutions.
- Utilize scientific knowledge and expertise to develop innovative and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of new processes and products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate into manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to manufacturing processes and products.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, experiments, and results.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes and products comply with regulatory and quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior team members on new processes and products.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide updates and progress reports.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to develop new materials and technologies.
- Participate in project planning and provide input on timelines and resources.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Master's Or Ph.d. Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Research And Development Or Manufacturing Role, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Various Analytical Techniques And Instrumentation, Including Hplc, Gc, And Mass Spectrometry.
Strong Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Quality Control (Qc) Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Projects, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, And Delivering Results Within Tight Timelines.
