  1. Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Conduct thorough reviews and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and products to identify and address any quality issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner.
  4. Monitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality standards and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and proactively implementing necessary updates.
  6. Train and educate team members on quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistent adherence and understanding.
  7. Investigate customer complaints and work with relevant teams to develop solutions and prevent future occurrences.
  8. Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of materials used in product manufacturing.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, while maintaining high quality standards.
  10. Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections as needed.
  11. Ensure all quality control documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of quality control processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Chemistry Or Biology, Or Equivalent Work Experience.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Quality Control Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Iso 13485 And 21 Cfr Part 820.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience With Conducting Audits And Ensuring Compliance With Internal And External Quality Standards.
