- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to quality.

- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products and services meet our quality standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Act as a point of contact for any quality-related inquiries or concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on quality metrics and performance to management.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality-related activities.
- Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Regulated Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Systems And Regulations, Including Iso 9001, Cgmp, And Fda Regulations.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues Efficiently.
Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Information To Stakeholders.
