  1. Develop and implement quality management strategies and procedures to ensure high standards are met in all aspects of the company's operations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any areas of improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product and service quality.
  4. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to quality.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards and best practices.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensure compliance within the company.
  8. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products and services meet our quality standards.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new products, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain.
  11. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  12. Act as a point of contact for any quality-related inquiries or concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Provide regular reports on quality metrics and performance to management.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality-related activities.
  16. Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Regulated Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Systems And Regulations, Including Iso 9001, Cgmp, And Fda Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues Efficiently.

  • Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Information To Stakeholders.
