Quality Specialist

You must have a thorough understanding of quality principles, regulations, and standards, and extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control best practices. Responsibilities:

5. Develop and implement quality control procedures.
6. Train personnel on quality assurance and quality control methods.
7. Conduct internal and external audits.
8. Address customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
9. Prepare reports and present findings to management.
10. Stay up to date with relevant quality regulations and policies.
