- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any quality issues or concerns.
- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and take proactive measures to prevent them.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Communicate any product quality issues or concerns to relevant teams and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Train and mentor other team members on quality control procedures and processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality control processes and results.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that all products adhere to them.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and suggest innovative ideas to enhance product quality.
- Adhere to all safety and quality control protocols while performing job duties.
- Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Report any discrepancies or concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Uphold the company's reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable, and safe products.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.
Previous Experience In A Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Laboratory Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Control Principles, Processes, And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And Fda Guidelines.
Excellent Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills To Accurately Assess And Interpret Data.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills To Collaborate With Other Departments And Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations.
