3. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality and safety requirements are met
6. Prepare detailed reports of audit results and recommendations
7. Train and mentor other quality assurance personnel
8. Review customer feedback and complaints and take corrective action
9. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas of improvement.
