Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Engineering, Or Science.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Scientific Or Technical Environment.
Demonstrated Ability To Manage Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Competing Priorities.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide Cross-Functional Teams.
Familiarity With Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Six Sigma, And Microsoft Project.
