In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of projects related to our advanced beam technologies, contributing to the growth and success of our business.   1. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to drive project progress and meet business objectives.
  3. Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
  4. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
  5. Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the project.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure project success.
  7. Conduct regular project meetings and facilitate team discussions to drive progress and problem-solving.
  8. Monitor and track project progress against agreed-upon metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to project management.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in advanced beam technologies to contribute to the growth and innovation of the business.
  11. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Project Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects Within Budget And On Schedule.

  • Pmp Certification Or Equivalent Project Management Certification Is Preferred.
