Project Manager
Lead all aspects of project management activities for all new product development projects. Development of realistic, yet bold, project plans. Identify program risks, providing and executing mitigation plans, while maintaining project plans and business goals. Build and oversee project budgets. Align project plans between on-shore and off-shore development teams. Develop and implement leading indicator metrics for projects to ensure project delivery Implementation of standard work and processes for effective project planning, project status updates, and project communications across all levels of the business. Act as hands on project manager for multiple critical-to-business development programs.
6+ years project / program management experience with global cross-functional teams
PMP Certification strongly preferred
Prior experience leading FMEA, DFM & DOE reviews desirable
Ability to coach and mentor others in the standard methodologies of project management
