- Develop and manage the inorganic mass spectrometry product portfolio, including identifying new product opportunities, conducting market research, and creating product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to drive the development and launch of new products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company's product offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Lead the product development process, from ideation to commercialization, while managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct market analysis, customer surveys, and other research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use the insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Create and deliver product training to internal teams, as well as provide technical support to sales and customer service teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry experts to gather feedback, identify emerging trends, and inform product development.
- Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, and work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements and solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product marketing materials, including product brochures, website content, and trade show materials.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior product management team members, and manage their performance and development.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to inorganic mass spectrometry, and use the knowledge to inform product development and strategy.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events, and use the opportunities to network and promote the company's products.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of products.
- Continuously evaluate and improve product management processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Inorganic Mass Spectrometry Techniques And Instrumentation, Including Icp-Ms, Icp-Oes, And Xrf.
Strong Understanding Of Analytical Chemistry Principles And Methods, With A Focus On Sample Preparation, Data Analysis, And Quality Control.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching New Products In The Inorganic Mass Spectrometry Market, Including Market Research, Product Development, And Commercialization.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Able To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborate With R&D, Marketing, And Sales Teams To Drive Product Innovation And Growth.
