We are seeking a competent and experienced Procurement Manager - Capital Equipment & Construction to join our Procurement team.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures, with an ability to identify cost savings opportunities and develop strategies for long-term capital expenditure.The Procurement Manager - Capital Equipment & Construction will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process for capital equipment and construction projects. This includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of purchasing regulations, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end procurement process for capital equipment and construction projects.
  2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Identify cost savings opportunities and develop strategies for long-term capital expenditure.
  4. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  5. Monitor procurement operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  7. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
  9. Provide procurement guidance and support to other departments and team members.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
