- Lead and manage the Systematic Literature Review team, providing guidance and direction to team members to ensure high-quality and impactful research outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and efficient systematic review methodologies.
- Conduct systematic literature reviews, utilizing your expertise in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to drive meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and trends in systematic review methodology and apply them to improve processes and outcomes.
- Mentor and train team members, providing support and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge in systematic review.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all research projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in systematic literature review at conferences and other scientific events.
A Phd In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Or Life Sciences.
Extensive Experience In Conducting Systematic Literature Reviews, Including Knowledge Of Best Practices And Methodologies.
Strong Understanding Of Scientific Databases And Search Strategies, As Well As Experience With Data Management And Analysis.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Prior Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Prioritize Tasks To Meet Deadlines.
